All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call. If cancellation is made within 48 hours, half of the total payment paid will be refunded. Half deposit is non-refundable or non-transferable. A new appointment will need to be scheduled. To reschedule an appointment, please contact us for the next available booking.

No Show Policy- Any client that does not show for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full.

Bridal Cancellation Policy- Bridal Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the reserved date or the signed party will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in the given contract. Bridal deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable.

Half deposit is required prior to secure booking. No exceptions.

All deposits may be accepted via Square, Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, Cash, or CashApp. An invoice will be emailed to secure the booking. 24 hours will be given to respond to avoid cancellation.

The remaining balance will be due on the day of the appointment.

Only In-Home Travel appointments are available Monday- Friday, and Sunday. For Saturday travel requests, travel appointments are ONLY available for groups of 2 or more and bridal parties. For additional travel questions, please use the contact form below.
